Quinn Sanders

Quinn Sanders was born in the Bay Area, California in 1990. Her mother was a western wear and craft enthusiast and her grandmother was an artist producing new mexican inspired wall quilts. This set the stage for a creative upbringing. In 2012, She obtained a BA in Fine Art at the University of San Francisco.

Sanders portfolio includes oil paintings, watercolor & mixed media drawings. Her paintings emphasize western landscapes;  described by a textural and contemporary style. Often they are sketch-like collages with vibrant expressive color. If there are figures, they are etherial and incomplete. The textural nature is suggestive to the vast scenes of the North American western-scapes.

After taking a brief hiatus to travel, Sanders has relocated to Denver, Colorado.
